Nothing like a hot flame to add a little heat to your greeting cards and scrapbook pages.  This technique is simple to do and combined with clear stamping creates an aged, elegant look.

Card Template

TO MAKE THIS CARD:

1.  Cut your cardstock (H) to 12" x 6".  Score down the center and fold giving you a 6" x 6" card.  Be sure to trim the edges after you have folded your card so all edges are even.

2.  Cut B and C.  Accent B with brown ink and C with blue ink as described in Enhancing with Age.  Ink the edges of the folded card if you desire.

3.  Take your blue ink and lightly wipe across the surface of C.  Next Enhance this piece with flame as described in Enhancing with Age.  You may carefully allow a little flame but do not let it burn.  The paper burns as it goes out creating the uneven edge.

4.  Matte C with B and glue onto A.

5.  Stamp your flower and leaf images separately, then but out with scissors.

6.  Attach flower with 3-d sticky squares as indicated by the circle in the layout.

7. Arrange letters for your sentiment and stamp in blue ink to finish your card.
