Learn how to stamp an exotic flower greeting card using your clear stamp sets, inks and paper. With relatively little effort and a few clear stamps you get great results that can be used in scrapbooking crafts as well.
PAPER DIMENSIONS
MATERIALS NEEDED
To Make This Card: 1. Cut your cardstock (A) to 12" x 6". Score down the center and fold giving you a 6" x 6" card. Be sure to trim the edges after you have folded your card so all edges are even. 2. Cut the red cardstock (B) and white cardstock (C) to size. Accent the edges of the white cardstock in blue ink. Inking instructions can be found at Enhancing with Age. 3. With the red cardstock distress your paper with the folding technique as instructed in Enhancing with Age. Ink the edges with the same color. 4. Mount red cardstock (B) onto white cardstock (C) with glue. Mount on card with 3-d Sticky squares. 5. Stamp three leaves using your choice of the Fall Season Clear Stamp Set or the Fall Foliage Clear Stamp Set. Stamp your flower using the Summer Season Clear Stamp Set in your chosen colors. Cut out the leaves and flower and arrange them on the card using 3-d sticky squares to secure. 6. To complete the card, stamp or write your message inside.
