    Building a snowman doesn't have to be a cold activity. Enjoy building and adorning your own snowman at your rubber stamping or crafting desk and make beautiful Christmas cards with your creative hobby art.

    SUGGESTED CARD MAKING TEMPLATE

    No template is used with this card as it is made with a plain 4 x 6 card which hosts the attached silhouette.

    HOBBY STAMPS USED TO CREATE THIS CARD

    TIPS FOR MAKING THIS CARD

    1. The tricky part of this card is creating your snowman silhouette. Simply use three circles you can trace onto a 5" tall (or shorter) piece of white cardstock. Cut out the silhouette and proceed with stamping your Christmas greeting on the body of the snowman.
    2. Draw in the carrot nose, charcoal eyes, mouth and buttons on your silhouette. Color in the nose with an orange marker. Highlight the cheek area with a light pink marker.
    3. Emboss a swirling design onto your snowman or another design of your choice. Add glitter if desired.
    4. Tie a piece of fiber around the neck of the snowman to create a scarf. You may wish to use a dab of glue to secure it in place. Attach the completed snowman to the face of your card with 3-d sticky foam.
    5. Cut out the shape of a top hat and add glitter or ribbon to create a hat band. Using 3-d sticky foam, place the hat upon the head of your snowman. Tiny twigs off of vines or trees will make fabulous arms slipped beneath the snowman silhouette and glued in place.
