The WHIMSY card making template is a simple yet easy layout to follow. This template features a bead title or saying that is fun to add with wire or ribbon. Clear hobby rubber stamps decorate and complete the themes you create in your WHIMSICAL card making projects.

• A   8” X 6” folded in half to make a 4” x 6” card
• B  1/2” X 6”
• C  2-1/2” X 6”
• D  2-1/2” x 1-5/8”
• E  3” x 2”

   (or a variation of this template)

1.  Score cardstock A down the center and fold giving you a 4" x 6" card.  Cut papers B, C, D & E to size. 

2.  Glue paper C onto the bottom half of your card.  Secure with glue strip B overlapping the top of C.  Use clear stamps to decorate B if desired. Secure to the card and trim edges for evenness.

3.  Create your rubber stamped design on D. Mat with E.  Secure as shown in the layout with 3-d Sticky squares.

5.  Set eyelets in the top corners of the card.  Thread letter beads with spacers between each letter onto the wire in the correct order.  Thread wire through eyelet on left side and twist to secure.  Wrap wire around skinny dowel or other small cylinder to get the curly effect.  Curl as desired.  Cut wire on the right side of the beads – be sure to cut it long.  Thread wire into eyelet on the right side of the card and twist to secure.  Continue curling wire until complete.
