Card making and paper crafts are a popular hobby as they convey sincere, sweet thoughts in their making and giving. Many paper scraps are accumulated, however, and this card making template is ideal for using up some of those paper bits. Cozy is a simple card making template that makes a wonderfully interesting card. This template is unique in that it has a creative variation in which your paper is folded to create the card face with the message neatly enclosed inside. As such this card is ideal for enclosing gift cards, money or other small items within its core.

• A  Cut 4 – 2-1/2” x 2-1/2”
• B  Cut 2 – 2-1/8”x 2-1/8”
• C  Cut 1 – 1-7/8” x 1-7/8”
• D  Cut 1 – 1-1/2 x 1-1/2"
• E  Cut 2 – 2-1/8” x 2-1/8”
• F  Cut 1 – 1-3/4” x 1-3/4”
• G  Cut 1 – 1-1/2” x 1-1/2”
• H  6” x 6” After Fold

2.  Cut all the remaining pieces needed for assembling this card.  

3.  SQUARE 1:  Take your button and thread the sting through the button holes.  Tie a knot to secure the string.  Attach button as desired with glue to G.  Matte G with F.  Glue onto E and finish by matting with A.  Set aside. 

4.  SQUARE 2:  Cut length of ribbon and tie around the middle of E securing with a square knot.  Trim ends to desired length.  Matte with A.  Set aside. 

5.  SQUARE 3.  Stamp desired image or sentiment on D with brown ink.  Matte  B with A.  Attach D to B using 3-d sticky squares.  Set aside. 

6.  SQUARE 4:  Secure brad to C as desired.  Matte C with B, and Matte again with A.  Set aside for assembly. 

7.  ASSEMBLY:  Arrange squares uniformly on the face of your card.  Secure with 3-d Sticky squares.

8.  Complete your card by including a saying or sentiment stamped inside.

• A-G These paper dimensions are the same as the basic Cozy card making template.
• H - 12 x 12 with a 3x3 square cut from each corner.

1. Cut H as directed in the paper cutting suggestions above. Fold each flap inward leaving you with a 6 x 6 square. Fold the flaps together so they interlock (much the same way as you would a cardboard box so the flaps create a lid)
2. Design your squares the same as for the basic COZY template. Secure them onto each tab.
3. Open the tabs to insert a saying or sentiment and if desired to tuck a small gift.
