How do I know if ordering online is secure?

All your personal information, including your name, credit card and address are entered on our secure server. You can always tell that the server is secure when you see https in the address bar at the beginning of the web address.

What will you do with the personal information you collect from me and my order?

We will keep your information on a secure computer system in order to contact you if there is a problem with your order or if we have to credit your account. We may mail you sales information. We will not e-mail you unless you request e-mails from us on new product releases. The information you give us is still yours, we will never pass any of your information along to others.

How do I know when my order is shipped?

Every effort is made to ship your order out either the same day or the day after. All our packages are traceable and you will receive an e-mail after it is shipped to confirm that it is on it's way.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit card is charged for your order at the time that you finalize it online. We do this so that any payment problems can be resolved immediately and conveniently when you are still online.

What materials are your clear acrylic stamps made from?
