Creating an Image Background

PAPER DIMENSIONS

A 4-1/2 x 6-1/2”
B 10” X 7” folded in half to make a 5” x 7” card
C 2-1/2” x 3-1/2”
D 3” x 4”

MATERIALS NEEDED

Daisy Sentiments Clear Stamp Set

Cardstock (B & D)

Cardstock (A & C)

Brown ink

3-d Sticky Squares

Glue

3 brads

Three rounds disks in coordinating colors 1/4” – 3/8” diameter

Markers or ink for coloring

TO MAKE THIS CARD

1. Score cardstock B down the center and fold giving you a 5" x 7" card. Cut papers A, C and D to size.

2. Using the Daisy Sentiments Clear Stamp Set, stamp the daisy onto C. Color with markers, be sure to color in the background area around the flower. Mat with D.

3. Take A and set C roughly where you want it, mark the spot you want your brads. Cut round disks of the desired size and punch or make a small hole in the center of each. Secure to card with brads as indicated in the outline. Mount D onto A with 3-d Sticky squares.

4. Using the Daisy Sentiments Clear Stamp Set, stamp the words “Thanks for all you do” below the brads. Add a sentiment or thought inside your card if you wish.
